Christina those bread sticks sound delicious...

a healthy eating tip I have? Smoothies instead of a meal for lunch or breatfast, they taste GREAT and give you lots of energy and I always feel terrific after I have one.

Also a romaine salad with crumbled feta cheese or ble cheese and chopped peppers is sooooo good.

Try having a small salad before every dinner to curb your appetite.

My dinner tonight would be a great healthy comfort food. Chili made with ground turkey. I use lots of vegetables like, red and green peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, onions and garlic. I also throw in red and black beans (or whatever you like). Then season with chili powder, cumin, cinnamon and pepper flakes to your liking. You could also leave out the turkey since you get plenty of protein from the beans.

To make it even more decadent, serve over brown or wild rice with a little cheese and fat free sour cream.

How about I'll give you a GOOD lunch idea if you give me good healthy eating ideas?

I'm trying to lose 15lbs but I love food and cant seem to stop eating the good stuff.

Ok, I'm giving you a GREAT snack idea....

Do you like bread sticks?

Pizza Bread Sticks
You need:
1 thing of your favorite pizza dough (get it by the croissants)
(1) 8 oz jar prepared pizza sauce
garlic salt
oregano
Olive oil (or butter - melted)

Cut pizza dough into 1 X 6 inch strips. Place on a greased cookie sheet about 1/2 inch apart. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic salt, oregano to taste. Bake at 350 F for 11 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. While these are in the oven, heat pizza sauce.

If you like GOOD bread sticks then you will loves these. I made them for my husband on Super Bowl and we both loved them (even our dog loved them, but then again she thinks dog food tastes good). Anyways, I have some other stuff also...but its more for dinner. Let me know if you want it.

Stuffed Beef Heart

Prep & Cook:

Servings: 4 Ingredients

1 large beef heart (about 3 pounds, split lengthwise)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups bread or cracker crumbs (seasoned, optional)
1/4 pound pork sausage
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 tablespoon minced parsley
2 cups water
1 teaspoon beef base

1. Wash heart. Trim fat and remove arteries and soak in cold salted water for half hour. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Brush outside with 2 tablespoons oil. Sprinkle inside cavity and outside with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Combine bread crumbs, sausage, sage and parsley together. Fill inside cavity with dressing. Skewer or tie together. Dredge with flour and brown in remaining oil, turning to brown well. Remove from pan and place in a roasting pan or crock-pot.

3. Make a thin gravy by adding the remaining flour (from dredging) to drippings in pan. Add the water and beef base. Pour gravy over the beef heart.

4. Bake in slow oven at 250*F (120*C) for eight hours or in crock-pot cook on HIGH for 1 hour and then on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

For dinner I'm having bratwurst that I boiled in beer and onions, and then grilled. Soooo good. Serving with spicy beans, and sauteed spinach. Yum yum!
