I saw threads about doing this on apartmenttherapy.com but I couldnt find any pictures of it done. If anyone knows a) where to get the bamboo to do this b) how I do it and c) where I can view pictures of completed projects involving this that would be great. Thanks!

use bamboo blinds (inexpensive) cut them to fit around the pipes. wrap them and overlap at the back where you cant see the seam. apply hot glue to them on the overlapped seam.

Did you want the bamboo that's about 1/2 inch thick or the ones that are about 1/4 inch thick? If you want the smaller ones, you can buy wallpaper made out of real bamboo. That would be fairly simple to install since it is just like using normal wallpaper. (Make sure to get the special glue made for bathrooms and kitchens.) If it is the thicker kind, only thing I can think of is drilling a tiny hole into each piece and threading wire through them to bundle it together around your pipe. Good luck!

Your going to need Bamboo about twice the size of your pipe. Try a garden store. Split the bamboo down the middle with a large heavy knife, or have someone saw it. Rim out the chamber walls to fit around the pipe, and glue them together, or you can wire them with some small silver or yellow wire.

Take the garden stake bamboo and weave wire between each one to hold it together. This is where you can get creative. You can thread beads in between the wires or anything that you can think of that fits the theme of your bathroom. By doing this not only do you not have to saw and bore out the center of one large piece, it will make it flexible enough to wrap around and be able to remove when your theme or decor changes. Hope this helps.
