I somehow got a "pink eye" today. I don't know how I got it but it's bugging me. It's warm, sometimes itchy, and is really red down at the bottom of my eyelid. I have the "pink eye" in my left eye. I also put some droplets in my eye and it seemed to help but not that much. Can you give me some idea's on how to get rid of pink eye? Thank you!

Pink eye is typically a bacterial infection. You need antibacterial eyedrops. Most doctors offices, any of those minute clinics, urgent cares, etc... can diagnose pink eye quickly, and you see visible results pretty quickly in most cases. As with any antibiotic, take it the whole term they tell you to, even a few days after symptoms are gone.

You can't live with it. If anyone remembers that you had pink eye in a month, then you really had a BAD CASE of pink eye and made all the papers.

Don't sweat the small stuff that won't be remembered.

Colloidal silver will help you solve your problem very fast. Use a compress or dropper to get drops every hour and it will be gone within usually a day. See some info in the links below. It works, we use it all the time.

Make tea, and put the warm tea bag over your eye...one tea bag per eye (so it doesnt cross-contaminate). It really does work, and it makes your eye feel so much better.

you need to continue with antibiotic eyedrops. if you have it in one eye chances are you'll get it in the other. it is highly contagious. if you must rub, use a kleenex and wash your hands frequently. sorry buddy, you're going to have to let this one run its course and stay home from work/school if you still have it monday.

Friendship, no it isn't undesirable....my contacts only this week helped me turn my head faraway from the darkness and in the direction of the gentle....that's no longer delusional in any respect, yet a actuality.
