Some online jewelry and crafts shops sell these. You can get sterling silver or base metal or gold. EBay isn't a bad suggestion, but it may be incomplete. I'd use Google or Dogpile. Type "claddagh ring discount" into the search box when it comes up. You'll find tons of options, including any pertinent eBay listings. Do be careful and exercise good judgment when shopping online. If the store is unfamiliar to you, Google that store itself and see if you can find reviews on it.
Personally, I'd check at the Santa Fe Jewelers Supply for a silver one, but that wouldn't help you much unless you have a bunch of other stuff you also want to order from them. They're a wholesaler but do sell to the public. Fire Mountain Gems is another one where I often shop. They may well have one, but they're a wholesaler, too. If you find a ring you like at a good price from a wholesaler, get some friends together to order other things from that same site.

Get an Avon catalog! Since its close to St. Patricks day they are selling them now! I cant remember how much but its pretty inexpensive! Hope that helps you!
