I have worked with this guy for almost a year now and recently we have gotten closer. He used to be shy when i first met him and now he is comfortable talking to me. He used to talk about girls and now he doesnt. I know he is single. Anyway I catch him a lot staring at me and he usually doest look away when I catch him, just makes eye contact. He jokes around with me a lot and sometimes if I'm busy he just walks by and looks at me not saying anything. If this wasnt a guy I worked with I would have asked him out by now but I dont want to unless I am completely sure he likes me. What do you guys think? And dating is allowed there.

If he has an email, you should try emailing him. Don't ask the obvious "do you like me." Say things to go around it. For instance, "what do you think of my hair," "what do you think of my outfit," "should I lose weight," do you think i'm fat." I know they're stupid questions but the answers can tell you a lot more than you think. If he says that you should lose weight and that you look great or have a great body, then that means he has been checking you out. Asking about you hair and clothes on a frequent basis can let you know if he likes your sense of style. If you don't want to do that, you can always cook something that you never made before and tell him you need an honest opinion about it, and then ask him if you can swing by your place to taste it. If he askes why just say you are trying broaden your horizons or, if you can't cook, tell him that you are trying to learn (asking him out to dinner at your house without even knowing).Once he tastes what you got, you can spring up conversation. Then maybe, from there, he can gather up some courage to ask you out. Just something that I would do if it were me.

Take a chance. Take a risk. you should ask him out on a date. if he stares at you like that and flirts with you he probably likes you. The worse thing he could say is no. and if he does make sure you guys are in a place where no one can hear you. and again if he says no ask him or talk to him about still being friends.

well i'm now in your situation, only we are dating living together and it's working. things do work in magical ways, maybe he's the reason that you were suppose to work there, you never know why your put into these situations, they just happen. if you really like him then go for it, don't let the fact that you work with him stop you, it could stop you from living the rest of your life!

You've got nothing to lose by telling him how you feel and it sounds like he feels the same way so go for it!! Dont wait around wondering what he might say or what you might say just tell him the truth about how you feel. Good luck with it!!

It sounds like he digs you,but I'm sorry I always believe a man should make the first move.You can make it easier for him though by inviting him to dinner or a movie and take it from there.

I think it's safer if you wait until he makes his move since he's already showing signs that he's attracted to you. Or you could also casually ask him to hang out with you ( since he's already comfortable with you).... but not as a date. If he says yes..then you can go from there.

office relationship is a hard one. even if dating is allowed, still if it doesn't work, you can't avoid him. think 3 times and why not wait for him to respond. i guess you like him also right? if you're not sure, wait for him to respond. good luck!
