Hello sir,

I think if you have programming experience or experience using batch files, ClearCase would be very handy to use.

But if depends on the dexterity of people using it.
I'd rate it 7, based on my experiences with it.

If you have very specific questions, you should consider visiting the ibm/clearcase website.
