hi i would like to ship a box to russia and would like to know the cheapest and best shipping thank you

the postal service is usually the cheapest
how big is the box, how much does it weight?

also it depends what you are sending to Russia some stuff
a lot of stuff could be prohibted by Russian customs or Law

Cheapest, Best and Russia do not belong in the same sentence. Go with one of the international small package shippers (like Fedex) and pay for their services, like customs, and pay enough to get it there this month.

USPS will be the cheapest, but I would have it insured and registered. Registered so whoever puts his or her hands on your package will have to sign for it. (Don't bother with certified, we are only trying to have them sign it so he or she thinks they are being checked.)
