Could scratch and win lottery be purposely biased? Which positions would you scratch?

If people are predisposed choose a certian position more or less often than the rest. This would mean that the games could be purposely biased.

No doubt the design of the card can affect choices too. But what ones would you choose automatically? I'm curious if there is a strong pattern.
