My mom can't open her 32 oz. Aussie Most conditioner, how do you open it???

Try looking by the cap. Normally there is some sort of way telling you to open it. Good luck!

The instructions should be on the bottle but I can't see why it should be so hard. I have used Aussie Most conditioner(the one in the purple bottle) and I don't remember it being any different to open then most conditioner bottles.

run it under hot water or use a steak knife and cut it open

you know what does it hit around the the opining gentley more than once and stop, try opeinining again...do for few times it will will open i have opend bottels jarrs you named it workes.
