You, or someone with this exact same issue, asked this question about a month ago. I'll reiterate what I said then: Calling the police will be the only way to solve it. Have them go to the neighbor's house. Have them write out a police report. Tomorrow morning call your lawyer. Sue your neighbor. End of problem. Next time, keep the animals inside.

WHAT??? Walk over there and get them! Right now!! If they won't give them to you, call the police or maybe the local animal shelter and tell them what's going on.
That's crazy. I would have been over there in a second! If you love your dogs, you will do the same! They have no right holding on to your dogs.
You should also look into how your dogs got out and make sure that doesn't ever happen again.

if u r friends with ur neighbors, i would go for a visit to them, if the dogs arent visible, say something like...i heard some dogs barking over here, i didnt know you got some new dogs, may i see them please, you know i love dogs and since mine have disappeared, i am missing having dogs around. if they make excuses or out right refuse, then at least when you call the police, you will have some further reasons why you suspect them to have your missing dogs.
oh yes, and when you do call the cops, it is best to have something to prove the dogs are yours, such as vet records, photos or even adoption papers or if they r registered those papers plus the check stubs showing you payed for them...i had these papers when my registered horse disappeared along with photos...it helped the police alot.

I had the exact same thing happen to me and you have to get them back IMMEDIATELY. If you are frinedly with them go over and tell them (don't ask them) that your dogs ran away and you heard them bark from thei house. If you think they will give you trouble, call the local police department and have them go with you to your neighbor's house. If you wait too long you can lose the right to reclaim them. I wish you the best of luck!!!!!!!!!!

Call the police and report an animal stealing. They should come over and knock on their door and ask to search the house for your missing doggies! At least they should. The people can be charged for stealing!!!!

you should go to your neighbors and ask them for your dogs and if they won't give them to you then you should just call the police and let them take care of it. I hope that you'll get you doggies back soon:]

knock on their door and ask if they have seen your dogs. If you still think they have your dogs and they won't tell you, call the police and get their help. They will come to help. Good luck to you. Keep a better eye on them next time.
