Well obviously I am bias but I am glad to see how you have chosen to spell Claire, much better than Clair or Clare. I like it without a middle name, it flows so well - Claire Crowley.
As for Sara, how about Claire in the middle? Other suggestions are - Grace, Louise, Jade, Kate, Maree/Marie. What about Zara? It is similar to Sara, but different, without being weird.
