Mis amigos(masculine), Mis amigas(femenine)...
There r many other ways like...Mis carnales/Mis carnalas, or this is very good: IF u don't wanna make difference between masculine n femenine, u can say Mis amiguis, for both genders.

Friend = amigo (for boys), amiga (for girls)
To make them plural just add an “s”.
So,
MY FRIENDS went to school today.
MIS AMIGOS fueron a la escuela hoy.
Also,
MY FRIEND went to school today.
MI AMIGO fue a la escuela hoy.
