You have done so well this past year. You don't want to waste it by slipping up again. Ask yourself why you feel the need to have a drink and address that first. Get in touch with AA but you have to have willpower and take one day at a time. Think of the consequences if you do have a drink. Good luck!

I should think there online.
The best way for me to deal with it is....... When I want a drink.I dont want One ,I want 20.Then I imagine the total chaos I was once in.Then I think whats the point of having one.Sod it I will have a fizzy orange.I really dont want all that pain and Chaos again.Ive managed it for nearly 9 years now and its alot better,
Stay sober

I recommend the stepchat chat rooms, saved me from drinking many times:
http://stepchat.com/
They are holding an online meeting at 1am in one of the chat rooms.

I'll try and find you a number, hold in there.

Have you read through the steps today? Do you have a copy of the big book?

Would it be an option to find a meeting to go to tomorrow? http://service.alcoholics-anonymous.org.uk/wtf.html

Just take it one moment at a time. Sending you lots of good wishes, feel free to email me xxx

Google it..or look in the phone book.
If you've been sober for a year you must have some contact with some other recovering alcoholic.
Go to a meeting.
There's nothing in your life that a drink won't make worse.
