I am not sure which one you want but here it is:
E.T.A = Estimated Time of Arrival. That is the time that the pilot estimates the aircraft will arrive at the destination at any time BEFORE the actual arrival takes place.

A.T.A = Actual time of arrival. The time that the aircraft actually arrives at the destination.
