I have no idea on how I contracted them. Maybe it could be because I was lacking some essesntil vitamin for healthy looking skin. Like now I have these small brown spots on my skin. I am not sick or anything. Is this going to arise to be a big issue next time I go to the doctor?

Sounds like it may be psoriasis, which is a common skin condition. My wife has a small case...nothing to be too alarmed about. Some cases can be tamed with lotions. Visit the website below and research it a little further.

please ignore that answer above...jerks..anyways...do you sun bathe a lot...or outside in the sun frequently....if so it may be a form of skin cancer...but don't panic...there are more than one type of skin cancer and not all are dangerous...are your marks changing in size shape or color?? if so that is a good sign to get to the doctor and get checked out asap...if it is skin cancer you want to catch it as soon as you can (you might want to go to the doctor anyway) either way it goes you should have it checked out because even though it may not bE unhealthy stressing so much is...hope everything turns out for the best!

If you have been out in the sun it could possibly be a sign of the onset of skin cancer. But on a lighter note it could just be a bad reaction to a perfume, lotion, or irritating clothing.

Could be a number of things causing it and the spot themselves could be lots of things too.

You are healthy, but you should still see a dermatologist about the spots if you are highly concerned.

Definately bring it up with your doctor.
It could be something.

But it could also be genetics.

Sounds like herpes. I'd get on valtrex.

Okay...maybe not herpes.

Maybe just dry skin? Or an iron deficiency?
