I have a friend who adores Ben & Jerry's "Cherry Garcia" which is cherry and chocolate. I like their flavor called "Brownie Batter" but lately I keep going back to Haagen Daz plain old "chocolate" because it just seems so much better than any other chocolate ice cream I've had. I agree with a lot of the others here that Chocolate Chip Mint is pretty good too.

Mexico has the BEST ice cream! Their frozen desserts are just unbelievably good.
The best ice cream I ever had was at Chichen Itza, after a long hot day under the brutal Yucatecan sun. I got a waffle cone with a scoop of rum raisin (called "rompopo" in Spanish--isn't that cute?) and a scoop of coconut ice cream.
Heaven.
And Nestle and Good Humor send their best ice cream to Mexico! The stuff in the US isn't nearly as good!

Hagen Das Coconut & Pineapple. Absolutely reminds me of the tropics, and in the middle of February, that's not a bad thing.
