I never seem to climax when making love or when by myself. Is there a sure fire way to reach that pinnacle?

Probably the best thing to do is make sure you can reach that point by yourself. Focus on outer (clitoral) stimulation by yourself insted of inner stimulation while making love. Once you are able to reach that point by yourself, teach your partner how to do it.
You should also have your partner buy a book or research oral sex online. For a lot of women, the only way they can climax is through oral or digital stimulation. Most men think they are good at oral sex, but they aren't. Most women cannot reach climax through penetration intercourse alone. Also, don't focus so much on reaching climax that you hinder yourself. This happens a lot and if you relax it is much easier to achieve. Good luck.
