is it enough to do my bedroom Feng Shui alone?

i live with my family who do not believe or care for Feng Shui, is it enough to do my own room to see results in my life?

Yes it does! Espescially if you believe in it. Take influence whenever you can and by this you´ll be able to convince your friends and family after several months. Take a good compass and check every corner and space. If you´ve got the feeling you´ve done it right, your mood will be better and this turns your people arround in also moore satisfied people.

So what if the rest of the family aren't interested?
Someday when you have your own home you can go to town and feng-shui to your heart's content. Until then, indulge yourself in a nicely done room and enhance your own personal environment.

if you only live in that bedroom, i mean you treat it as an apartment and do not live in the other rooms, then you can only can fengshui the bedroom. but since the space in your bedroom is small, the chi that it collects and circulates will also be small. thus, the outcome won't be that significant.
