Ok...If you are using a flat iron too frequently it can APPEAR that your hair is falling out. However, this is not the case. What can actually happen is that the hair is breaking off. This can be caused from over use of heat appliances OR from them being too doggone HOT for your hair to tolerate. What you need to do is apply some silicone based products to your hair before applying heat. I recommend TIGI "S Factor". These are WONDERFUL for thick unruly hair. Helps to smooth and protect with lots of moisture as well. Use these in conjunction with the heat protect spray. You apply this spray before you blowdry AND before you apply heat with the flat iron. ALSO make sure your appliances are not set on high heat. You need to keep them the lowest heat setting that works for you. It may take a litle longer to get the hair straight, but you will be less likely to suffer all that breakage. Take a look at your hair in the mirror. If you see lots of tiny short pieces sticking up on your head, this is breakage. I hope you dont have much yet, and you can prevent future breakage now.

definitely, flat ironing your hair two times a week won't be in a position to do lots to it. whether it incredibly relies upon on how long you iron it for on those days, it is not an exceptionally heavy element to make your hair try this, whether it is in all threat no longer doing that. my hair does that too, incredibly after washing my hair. whether it additionally could be brought about from dandruff or scalp matters. Or the wear and tear is kicking in from once you employ to do it every day. desire that helped some.

Not if you use a good conditioner, a spray on heat protector and a good ceramic straightening iron that has a heat control of at least 0-20. Blow dry first with a big round brush and use a anti frizz serum like frizz ease before you blow dry.

It wont fall out, but if ou dont care for it properly, it will become damaged.
Try and do a deep conditioning/hot oil treatment to it weekly, paying alot of attention to the ends

Your hair will not fall out. Just do a protein pack once a week and condition, condition, condition! Before you iron it put a hot iron spray (I can't remember it's real name) Joico makes a REALLY good one. Oh, and did I mention, conditioner. Use the shower kind and the leave in kind.

no thats a myth. it just takes out the protective cells, so use good condtionor/shampoo and dont brush it more then it needs to be, plus get it cut/trimmed often. Keep your eyes open for split ends!
