The best thing to do in Saint Lucia, is to island hop over to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
But then I'm biased,

You have white sandy beaches, black sandy beaches, red sandy beaches. You have rocky pools, a volcano, forests, jungles, pine forests, parrots, swimming, scuba and a beautiful people.

Hiya I got married in St Lucia last year.
There is loads to do.
Visit market in Castries where you can pick up local produce or there is Point Sapphine, which is a duty free outlet.
Drive in volcano( smells of rotten eggs)
Botanical gardens and waterfall.
Pitons
Catamaran trips, you can even go on the boat the black pearl(pirates of the Caribbean)
Rodney bay( fantastic restaurants and nightlife, try Charthouse for a lovely meal over looking harbor)
Rain forests

There are great beaches and plenty to see and tour. Like all the caribean islands, it is lovely to look at. You can even get your picture taken in a bannana plantation, or with a snake or whatever. golf, tennis, sailing, snorkeling, watching steam in volcanic pot holes, waterfalls, diving. You name it. Wonderful friendly people. I like St Croix the best, but this is a nice island

Be sure to "drive into" the volcano.
Visit Fond Doux Estate
Climb one of the Pitons
Hang out at Rodney Bay and talk to the animals like Dr Doolittle
