Yes - stress can do a LOT of things to your body. Of course, any time you feel sick you should go to the doctor.

Can it ever. It can cause all sorts of problems like for example; frequent periods (3x a month) the occassional grey hair (even if you are only 19) and nausea and fatigue. Don't stress relax. try and do something for yourself that makes you feel good. like get a massage or have sex. something. If your stressn about school don't . Grades really don't do anything for you. And there is nothing wrong with getting a C. I was an overachiever in school, and it really doesn't do anything for you. But whatever. hope this helps. Also if you are on the pill and have these problems ask to switch to another brand.

It can make you feel sick. There are numerous studies that link stress to hazardous health conditions. Check out any health magazine (Women's Health, Self, Fitness, etc.) and you will see what I'm talking about. I experience nausea when I'm stressed, so don't worry, I think it's totally normal. However, there are other things that could be going on.... hormones could be out of whack, you could have a strain of the flu, etc. See how you're feeling in a few days and trust your gut; go to the doctor if you still don't feel right.

Absolutely. Try some stress-releiving activities like yoga, or listen to some audio tapes (rainforest etc) or meditate and pray (if you are religious) to try to releive some stress from your life. It is not healthy.

yes it can. It causes all the hormones and chemicals to interact and go outta wack. calm down a bit. everything will be okay
you also want to go see a dr. if it worsens. get a good book and relax yourself for the next couple of days.
