No, but I lived in the middle of an Amish community in PA that did. About half the kids had it. It didn't look nearly as weird as you would think.
My wife has a Masters in Molecular Genetics and she was the one that pointed out it was dominant.

definite, recessive deadly genes are a lot more desirable in all danger to stay, even as dominat deadly genes are more desirable in all danger to kill leaving more desirable residing with recessive so as that they reproduce even as the dominat genes die at a swifter cost
