Yes, doesn't mean that trust is justified, but it happens. Trust people until you're proven wrong. You'll be happier.

good question.
yes you can trust someone 100% but in order for this to happen you must sit down with them and write the guidelines down that will define your relationship with another. The more times you are dumped the tougher your skin gets and the more times you dump someone else the easier it is for you to be fully abused by someone who will probably dump you someday. You see what goes around comes around its a fact of life no one ever gets away with murder. It may appear so but in the end they'll be eating lunch with Hitler certainly not Lady D. The thing to try and remember when making the list is that if you really love this person and they really love you, then you both decide early on to learn how to share and talk every day and both of you too must learn to rise above little petty misunderstandings. You must love sex all sex good sex and naughty sex BOTH OF YOU.... take the problem out of the equation Pre- answer the questions of why would you leave me? just never do what gets on the list! Give continually give not till it hurts but further give give give and if they love you with the same intensity they too will give give give and you two just might experience true love and true love is no joke but you do continually have to work with it. Remember if it's easy its not worth keeping love then has to be hard just talk about it an though it's hard it does become easier for both of you.

Your parents you should be able to trust. Other than them it's a life long friendship of someone? But you say trust this is a bit of an open book here? Really need more specifics to this Q??

That's up to you surely. You should trust people as much as you can until they prove unworthy of it. It's a bit harsh to go through life mistrusting everyone because of something one or two people did. If soemone has betrayed you in the past, do you really want to let them have that power over you? Because if they have changed you from a trusting person to one who isn't, then they have power over you, and the only people who have power over us are those whom we let have power.
The best thing to do is just get on with life and forget what they did. That's the best way.

Well, the answer to that is "Not Really".

It's hard to find trust in another human being. But, we have to have faith that the people we do know are trustable. People will show their true colors eventually, and the ones who stay by your side no matter what are your true honest and trustworthy friends.

Not unless that "anyone" is your deity.
Humans have a little defense mechanism that lets there be at the most 95% xD. its protection.
i mean seriously, if that person with "100%" ran at you with a knife and tried to stab you, would you step back a litlle? probably.
(if not you would run...or be stabbed).
