Never give animals human meds without checking with your vet, it can kill them. Just call your vet and ask for their advice.

Call the vet. A fever is a symptom of something being wrong. If you give a medication, you run the risk of masking other symptoms as well. And, animals can't take many medications that are safe for us.
A cat's normal temp is between 101 to 102 degrees, so if they feel warm - it could just be their normal temp.
Check with your vet before you give anything that your vet hasn't approved.
