Boiling water is pretty hot! Yikes! You'd have to wait an awefully long time to get in the tub in order to not get burnt. What I recommend is filling the tub with cold water a little bit then pour in some boiling water until it's at the temperature you want. If your sick, I wouldn't get your head wet. It might make you sicker. Or you can make things much easier and ask a nice neighbor if you could use their shower. Just tell them your sick and maybe they'll feel sorry.

Back when I was a child, (when we where visiting grandma in Mexico) there was no running water let alone hot water from the taps... there weren't even any taps! We would get water from the well with a bucket --if it was sunny and warm we would leave it in the sun for a while to take the chill off, if not or if we were in a hurry we would boil half of it on the stove then mix it in the bucket with the rest of the cold water and use a cup to bathe ourselves --there wasn't any type of bath tub either.

boil your water and mix it with cold water to make the right temperature water. take necessary precautions while handling the hot water. this method works. when i was in india this past summer. i stayed in a village with no hot water. i couldn't bathe for 3 days- i know its filhty, but u've got to deal with dirtiness when u travel a lot. i had to pour hot water in a large bucket of cold water. i bathed outside a building in a room with a metal door that can't close properly and no roof so you can get the air flying thorugh your hair. i washed my hair and body in water that was heated and it was perfectly fine, a bath is even more mollifying when you bathe in the outdoors, the air is peaceful and you feel like you're one with mother earth.

You'd have to boil alot of water to make a whole bath; it might be easier to boil some, put it in the sink, and take what's called a
"sponge bath" -- wash your face, underarms, personal parts and feet. You'll feel better.

you are dumb. you dont NEED to take a shower that badly. You should get over yourself. If you REALLY need to take a shower, spend half of your life trying to fill up a bath with boiling water.
