i like this guy, but my bff likes him too. she really really likes him. he is in a class with both of us, and he's starting to talk to me, and he doesnt talk to her. the teacher split us up into groups and i was in his group along with 2 other girls. then today he came up to me at my desk (his desk is at the other end of the room and the 2 other girls who were in our group sit waaay closer to him than i do) and so my friend got really jealous. and she thinks that he likes me, and she keeps asking me if i like him. what do i do? i keep saying that i dont like him to her, but i dont want to lie to her, but then i also dont want her to get mad at me becuase i know she would. so do i tell her that i like him? and do you think that he likes me? (becuase he came all the way over to my desk instead of the other 2 girls, oh and he stares at me alot)

You absolutely must clear this up with your friend right now, if you really consider her a friend.
Tell her the whole thing: "I know I said I didn't like Mike, but he has really grown on me, and I am beginning to have feelings for him too. I know you told me first that you liked him, and I denied liking him because I didn't want to hurt you. Now I feel like a big weasel because I lied. Please forgive me."
She will prob. be mad at first (esp. since you know she's already jealous.) But the truth is, you and your friend prob. have similar taste (you're bff's) so no wonder you both like the same guy. ; HOWEVER, he 's into *you* and not *her.*
You might have to take that extra "f" off of the "bff" if she doesn't understand! (No, she won't understand at first, but give her a few days to get over her hurt feelings.) Then, if she doesn't come around, I would say that she was never really in the "bf" category.
Trust me....if you can do this, you will be well on your way to healthy adult relationships.

It sounds like he likes you. You need to tell ur friend u like him otherwise ur friend is gonna get mad at u for lying. If she is really your friend, she will like u to be honest and not be mad at u. There are gonna be lots of guys u guys will both like. Just talk to her about it!

ummm.... complicated OK i think he may like you but you don't wanna tell your bff until you are dead sure he likes you and if shes gonna get upset with you then that's her problem if she was a real bff maybe she would be a tad bit happier for you

yes i think he likes you and i also think its ok to like him too!your friend doesnt own him and never even dated him.if she is truly your friend then shell understand if not then she was never worth it.i was in the same position my friend was mad at first but she got over it were still friends and ive been married to him for 14yrs!!good luck
