I don't allow the media or anyone for that matter to control my life. However, I had breast cancer in spite of all the veggies I ate. I ate oatmeal most of my life and have high cholestrol. Any dark vegetable like water cress is full of anti-oxidants which curtail the occurence of free radicals in the body which destroy good cells, because your immunine system is in jeopardy many auto-immune disorders take hold. Diabetes, heart disease, kidney failure, liver damage, possibly even Alzheimer's and Parkinsons disease. Don't believe everything but keep your mind open too.

I don't believe hardly ANYTHING the media tells us. They lie for ratings, and they bend their views for money. They only tell us one side of an issue.
