Yes they look real, and mine typically stay in for 3-6 months. I have mine sewed in and you can wash right with them and style how you normally would. I normally change mine every 3 months but it all depends on how fast your hair grows. Definitely feels real but you want to double check the texture and feel and make sure it's to your liking, most beauty supply places or salons will let you touch before you buy or they have a opened pack laying around.

I had my business partner bond/fuse extensions to my hair and loved it! The extensions were real human hair and so I was able to style, clean, and dry the hair like I would normally. The color matched perfectly. The ONLY drawbacks were: the extension hair was a little more coarse than my hair and since pieces are individually bonded it took over 5 hours. They were simple to take out and none of my natural hair came out or was damaged.

I don't have the permanent kind they are too expensive to maintain and cause damage to your hair so I bought clip in extensions. I got a whole set for $150 and no one can tell they are not my real hair. I can wash them, dry them, curl them, straighten them, cut them and color them to match my hair. I ordered ones that already matched and I got a set for my daughter who is trying to let her hair grow out. She loves them. You can ge them at the beauty supply store for a little less, but you have to cut them apart yourself, buy the clips and sew them on. I dance in them all night and the never fall out or come loose. I got mine from www. wigs.com. I got mine on sale the brand was easiextend pro. Make sure they are real human hair, if they are synthetic you can't use any kind if irons on them or wash them and they look fake.

They look and feel real for awhile, but after about a month you can see where they start and you can feel them close to your roots. It is an expensive and long process to get them put in, so I would recommend doing it for a special occasion when it would be worth the cost. If you fall in love with them, you can get them redone.

No one can really answer your Q because all of that depends where you buy them and how much you would be willing to pay and how long you want them and what type of extentions you want... so,hmm....GOOD LUCK! xBx
