If you could travel through time, let's say easily , where would you settle down, in the recent past,100 years, where you could live unknown but happily or into the distant future, over 800,000 years like in the Time Machine in order to explore to have adventures?

If I could travel through time easily, then I would go in the future and in the past before picking a time in which to settle - if I would settle at all. Most likely I would pick a time, go to it, hang out for awhile, and then leave. If time travel is so easy, then why stay in one place?

Well, I don't know about settling there, but I think I would like to go back to the year 1820 and visit the sacred grove only minutes before Joseph Smith, first prophet of the last days and Founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was actually visited by God, the Father, and His Son, Jesus Christ, in answer to that young lad's special prayer ... so that I could be there in quiet to witness that wonderful event only minutes later.

Probably would choose to go to the past. There was so much history to see and experience.
