You might like to phone or email your 'chosen charity' and ask if they'd like you to 'abseil' for them? Just a wee hint from a regular user of charity services, as I'm disabled.

Maybe the charity could put your spare time to better regular use?

Contact your chosen charity and let them know. They will send you a sponsor sheet and information on how to go about it

Firstly learn how to spell abseil, then google it with the word charity......

You'd get more bungeeing, or doing without the rope entirely!
