Cute! But spaghetti is one type of pasta and elbows are another type. I eat spaghetti with a fork and large soup spoon. My elbows don't go near the plate!

Have some one else feed you, just dig your face in, or use some sort of futuristic utensils that would be more appropriately used in handling volitile chemicals and explosives. Either way that spaghetti is making it to your gullet.

Use your feet. There was a video with a man with no arms and he did everything with his feet, and one of those things was he could eat spaghetti with his feet. He also learned to drive with just his feet.
