Most people just accept what this is and get on with it, right? But for the few of us who are questioning what is going on we are wrong for this ?

This whole thing makes me furious!!! These heroes are being deprived of their rights. They were deprived of their right for a fair trial. They didn't have good lawyers. The government has admitted to lieing to congress.
These jerks in homeland security and especially Sutton should be in prison, not the agents. They were doing their job. There was not "false report" that they allegedly filed. They didn't even have to file a written report.
The warden of the prison should be jailed too. They KNEW that Nacho was going to be attacked since they put him in a medium security area with a bunch il illegal alien criminals!
Every time I hear news on this case it gets even more stinky!!!
And to the poster that asked if we know if they are guilty - THEY ARE TOTALLY INNOCENT. They were framed by our government and Bush better pardon them before they get beat up again.

Those agents had inadequate representation from the word go. The supervisor on the scene has been a snake since he first got his bars. The sector brass is covering their own corruption. The office of inspector general has admitted to lying to congress for the last few months. Those along the border in green are waiting to see what effect the most recent El Paso Sector shooting will have on this case.

Because the United States government doesn't want to stand up against this immigration issue. They just want to continue this politically correctness, and not face this issue, in order to avoid a problem with Mexico. As well as these illegals walking out and marching again. It's all crap in order to keep our industries running on cheap illegal labor.

This country is turning more and more into Iraq. Wasn't it Bush who said it was easier to lead as a dictator, as long as HE was the dictator?
I am just very disgusted that these men are not being treated well, and ALL BECAUSE THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB! It was the MEXICAN government who wanted them in prison and the US just went right along with it!

How about their constitutional right to a fair trial? But to answer your question, one reason is because they are citizens who were trying to do a job that the government doesn't want done, but they can't say so yet. Another is to keep information from the public long enough to make people forget about it. Maybe they even want them to die so that they won't be forced to release them. This is BS. Never give up and never let them forget! Free Ramos and Campeon!
