nothing really, you can water it down or ad other juices to it but it still usually tastes like gatorade.

I doubt there is anything that will eliminate the salt taste in Gatorade since salt is in it. You must have a very sensitive palate to be able to taste the salt in it. I myself don't care for Gatorade because of the salt in it. My kids however love it! They constantly tell me that I'm imagining the salt taste in it. So, thank you for making me feel like I'm not the only person who tastes the salt in this particular drink.

Gatorade is made with salt to replace salts that are sweat out or otherwise lost. (throwing up or diarrhea) Having it as cold as possible heps.
Your can make your own gatorade from sugar, salt, citric acid and potassium chloride sold as Nusalt or Losalt, for people on a low sodium diet.Citric acid can be found in the canning section as Fruit fresh. The recipe is online., any flavor, I made lemon tea flavor.

Honestly any Gatorade is bad for you. Sure it might have electrolytes and other things that can be beneficial but in the the end it's just sugar water. Sugar is the last thing we want to be consuming especially in liquid form. Sugars are a type of carbohydrate which in the end is not essential to a humans diet and therefor it actually works against us. Fats are actually the bodies preferred source of energy opposed to carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are made to be stored in the body by causing the release of insulin which is the hormone that is responsible for storing calories and causes more work for our bodies metabolism that we cannot afford.Water is the only thing that should be used for rehydrating. In order to get all the essential nutrients that are vital for human life we must all take a good multivitamin everyday along with eating at least 6 oz of some type of animal meat (preferably fish) every 4 hours for all the essential amino acids (building blocks for proteins) and essential fatty acids that our bodies need but cannot make on our own. Snack on all natural low carb/sugar foods but only at least 20 minutes after you have finished your meal.
