I have a plastic ring stuck on my dash with a wad of bubble gum and it makes me smile. (Only I know why.)

One time I got a hackey sack from my best buddy and I still play with it several years later. I play guitar and one Christmas I got this really cool metal tin the size of a matchbox to store my picks in.

a fake white flower that my friend (my boyfriend today) picked up and put it in my car above my rear view mirror and said this will be our love flower, we got together after my other boyfriend broke up with me and we have been together for 2 years and the love flower is still there. :-)

When we were dating, my wife painted an old window box with pictures of herbs and gave it to me for my apartment. See, I love to cook and garden, but couldn't do it in my apt. It was great. Very thoughtful.
