You "need" to tell her, or you want to tell her?
I remember the first time I told someone I loved them.... it was scary, but if you know they feel the same way... you know the reaction will be positive.
Go for it!!

I think the old addage of "I would rather have loved and lost then to have never loved at all" comes into play here. If you love her, tell her. Don't miss an opportunity that may make you the happiest person on the planet. If she does not love you back, it is better to find out now than later. Take a chance. . .

First you need to know in your heart that you do love her. If she is someone new and it sounds like it, maybe your chickening out because its really too soon to say it. Or you are feeling pressured because she says it to you. Because when its real and its the right time you will say it and mean it.

if she were to die tomorrow, you would wish that you had told her.
