Just like there are extreme Christians, and many people would like to disassociate them from Christianity, there are extreme muslims. Many muslims do not look at these people as fellow muslims, rather, we try to focus on what Islam really is, a PEACEFUL religion. As a muslim, I know that our book tells us to respect the other religions of the book (Christianity and Judaism), and I will follow that. We only answer Allah (God) for our own acts, and so I think if every person decided to stick to the religion of their choice and try to focus on becoming a better person, we would all be better off. In regards to the killing by terrorists throughout the world in the name of Islam, one vers of the Koran states as follows:
Whosoever kills a human being without (any reason) by manslaughter, or corruption on earth, it is as though he had killed all mankind. And whoever saves a life it is as though he had saved the lives of all mankind." (The Holy Quran 5:32) [This commandment is in the Holy books of Jews and Christians also. Absolutely. The words of the Prophet (pbuh) have been twisted by the Sunni and Shi'a in the Middle East to "rationalize" their "Holy War." The teachings of Islam promote only peace and anyone ready to kill another person for no reason is not a true Muslim.

No...moohameed(no pbuh) started islamic terrorism.... There is one quaran and there is one islam... the quaran is islam and islam is the quaran... the quaran clearly states that all who do not submit to the law of the quaran and islam are to be killed... that makes all of islam the ememy of every one else.
