My walls in one of the bedrooms has been covered with wallpaper, and was semi taken off and then covered with paint (them being originally paster walls) and i was wondering an easy was to at least take the paint off or if possible everything at once with out messing up the plaster under it?? This being easy, with as little scraping as possible (cause all this scarping just isn't working, on hard paint and wallpapers scraps)

all this being done without hiring a professional...

If I understand correctly, you have wallpaper that has been painted over. If so, once it's painted over you will not be able to remove it. Your best bet is to get a GOOD primer (oil based if you can stand it). You may have to have several coats of primer to even your walls out. I would also give a light sanding (with a sanding sponge) after the first coat of primer. Good luck.

No way that i know of...your best bet is to paint multiple coats over it. Try spraying it with Fabric Softner though...that ussually makes the wallpaper give way.
