I like apples and oranges but I find myself eating apples more often than oranges... rarely grapefruit.
Why? Because I guess its easier to eat an apple.... because I am too lazy to peel and clean up any juicy mess.
Oh forget that part, because I am always peeling oranges for my son who loves oranges more than apples at the moment.
As a child I'd be squeamish about eating grapefruit because it felt like my face would cave in... it was like sucking a lemon!

When the weather is cold, I prefer apples, as they are so versatile and can be baked and served hot, and make smashing apple suet puddings.
Summer time oranges are top of the list.
My favourite grapefruit is ruby. Best served halved, sprinkled with brown sugar, after been in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Mind you, all three mixed into a smoothie is Delicious.

I like APPLES the best. That is what I like.
I am happy with oranges and will take on a grapefruit if provoked.
