cause and effect = tight muscles
Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
Trigger points are knots in the muscles making them tight which in turn causes them to apply pressure to nerves and other places.

I don't think that's normal because i never get pains anywhere when i sneeze.
