Over the past month I noticed she didn't repsond to any of my text messages. After realizing she might not be interested in me, I left a message with her on valentines day to say happy valentines and that i didn't get a message from her, wishing that i had a chance to chat with her, and that this would be the last message. I made this decision because i dont want to make her feel that i'm pestering her, there's no point, especially when this person isn't interested.
Two days after valentines day she texted me her first message ever saying the below: "aww...that's so sweet. will you be my valentine? this year on valentine's day i just stayed at home and watched tv...hopefully in the near future i'll be watching tv with someone beside me :) "
What does this message mean to you?
Thanks a bunch!

HMMMM --- does seem strange after all that time of no response. If you're still interested, though, CALL her [not text] and ask for a date and see what happens. If perhaps she was just feeling 'unloved' on that day and didn 't really mean it, she'll find an excuse to say No, or she won't answer your call or any voice mail message left. If though she has decided she IS interested and was playing 'hard to get' and got scared that perhaps she had gone too far in that 'game' [ when you said you would not be calling again] she will accept a date.

I would have to say that she was just trying to be nice by replying to your v-day text, if she was interested in pursuing anything serious you would clearly know by now. You sound like a nice guy but you need to reserve your persistence for someone who will return your affections. This girl probably wasn't trying to be mean or ignore you, she just wasn't for you at this time and when you realize it's most likely not because of anything you did it'll be easier to get over.
Good Luck

I would say that you should ask her out on a date. See what happens. Take it slow and see if she is interested in you.
Even though this is the age of the text message, there are still girls that prefer to actual hear your words rather than just read them without you around.
I did not text my wife until after we were already married. But then she did not have a cell phone until after we got married, so what are you going to do.
Take care,
Troy

Well, that is a tough one. It's hard to tell what she meant since I don't know her. I think your best bet is to give her a call. After talking to her, or if she doesn't pick up and doesn't return your call, you will have an idea if she is interested in you or not. It can't hurt, and then you won't be wondering.
If she's not the one for you, don't worry, I'm sure you'll find someone soon.
Good luck!

Sounds like your persistence impressed her and she gave in to giving you a chance.
Wouldn't hurt to give it a shot, assuming you haven't lost interest.
It was a bit mean for her not to say anything until now, though... There's always that chance she's just desperate and depressed on the holiday. Go for it, but be careful.

When a girl ignores you it means your trying to hard, you should always distance yourself from women when you date them. Once a relationship is founded though thats a different story, at that point you have to put up with em haha.

I think that would be better if you go out to know someone and not just messaging with someone. You could understand her better. People sometime just flirting with these messages.

it seems like she likes you but if you dont want to pest her be her friend and dont talk about a relationship with her unless she brings it up. or you can ask her what the thinks of you and what her feelings are

hmmm well that would confuse me too! i mean you could think the best in her and think maybe she didnt get your msgs and when she realised she started to kick herself!! sounds like quite the predicament!! i think you should txt her being friendly but try to play a bit harder to get!! you might find she just cantt resist!!!
