There is a woman at my work who I want to ask to dinner. She is 32 I am 27 we are always flirting and making passes at each other, do you think asking her out would ruin my work enviroment with her? If things dont work out between us.

Well this is something you would have to take a chance on...sometimes it works to your advantage if you both work on the same project or something together you will find great energy doing this together....but should the realtionship explode...there is a big downside to this all....so it just depends on both of you and if you are interested in her maybe start with coffee and discuss it together.

YES!!!!
Rule of thumb, do not date someone at work. If it goes bad, you're in for a really rough treat!

It might tempting to do it and see how spicy things get. Although, somehow someone will talk about each other to another whether in passing or whatever. Do not do it unless you're sure that the building you are in is huge and you never have to see her ever again.

Again, don't bother... don't let simple flirting get into your head. You know, flirting is just like drinking water at the cooler; one minute you're there, the next you're not. Life goes on...

Really depends on the type of person she is. I did it once and was glad that my co-worker wanted to keep things private, I did too. When things didn't work out she wasn't TOO bad, but looking back I realized later that things could have gotten really nasty. I decided not to do it again after that. On the other hand, 2 good friends just got married after dating secretly for years on the job. Just depends, really.

Think real hard before you ask her out, "If things don't go well, will I still be able to be a good worker with her around the office?"

Part of being with someone is having time apart and when you work with your significant other that time apart decreases.

Best of luck.

I ouldn't take a chance on it if you have to actually work together on projects everyday. But if the only contact you have to have is as you pass each other, go for it.

Yup!

Also check your company's policies on dating co workers, you both could be in a bunch of trouble.
