How to 'solve this? "Please go to the Control Painel to install and configure the system components".

When I try opening Ragnarok, for some unknown reason, I get the following error message:
"Please go to the Control Painel to install and configure the system components".

I have no idea what is this about. This message doesn't specify if I should maybe reinstall a video driver, get a missing dll file or whatever. If you guy got the same trouble, or have any idea about what I could do, please tell me.

That is a very vague error message. Try contacting the company and asking them.
