In my Salon I always recommend something like: Stridex Pads, (there are others alike). these are presoaked, usually in a jar and ready to use.
Take it along in you're Gym bag and by using it regularly, it will make a great difference for you're skin.
If you have lots of break outs, start using "Beta Carotene (source of A) and also ad, "Vitm. Zinc, 20-25 mg. ) A will kill bacteria and Zinc will dry acne.
Make sure to cleanse face daily A.M. & P.M.

I do not think that there are any products that can remove the sweat and dirt without taking off your makeup. I suggest that you do no wear makeup to gym class. Wearing makeup colgs your pores thus causes your breakouts. They will continue as long as your routine does not change. If your class is in the middle of the day I suggest Mary Kay simple solutions. First there are the wash cloths. These contain soap so you just wet them and wash quickly. Next there is the tinted moisturizer. This is great because it is as easy as putting lotion on but it is tinted so it gives you coverage. You do not necessarily need to use Mary Kay there are other products in stores but I strongly recommend Mary Kay. You can find a Mary Kay consultant near you on line at marykay.com.
Good luck!!

No there is not a product that will just remove sweat and not everything else and frankly you don't want that. Your face is dirty and needs to be clean properly with a facial cleanser. This is frankly the only way you are going to cut down on your breakouts -- that dirt build up is too much. I also would suggest not exercising with a foundation on because it is only adding to your sweating fustration. You can do it -- take the time for yourself -- You DESERVE IT!

I'm sorry, but make-up is not helping U. If U wanna have healthier skin, U shouldn't wear make-up, at least not all the time, and U should DEFINITLY wash UR face after gym no matter how beautiful U want to look. If U must wear make-up, make time, or just dress quicker. I can't really tell U how to wash UR face under these circumstances, so just take a piece of tissue, or something, and pat UR face gently, to get rid of sweat.

Pretty sure that the make up isn't helping with the break outs.

Go without heavy or any make up and get an astringent to help dry up oils and sweat to prevent some of the break outs.

your should have a clean face before exercising. makeup can interfer with with swear and as a result clogged pores and breakouts. i recommend washing your face after exercising too. a pain in the butt to reapply makeup again but if you want clear skin
