You need to take the Prillimanary test.
You will need to do the following moves.
Inside forward Spirals
You will need to go in curves, starting with the right foot up.
Figure 8
You need to do this forward and backwards. You need to point your toe, and be sure to show extension!
The three turns
You should know how to do these if you are testing at this level.

There are more, I think, but I forgot the rest. I would reccomend talking to your coach.

Preliminary Moves in the Field Test (PM)
The purpose of this test is to continue the encouragement of beginning skaters to learn the fundamentals of ice skating. The candidate must show knowledge of the steps and a good sense of power (speed and flow). Attention should be given to depth of edges and proper curvature of lobes.

Forward and Backward Crossovers
Consecutive Outside and Inside Spirals
Forward Power 3-Turns
Alternating Forward 3-Turns
Alternating Backward Crossovers to Backward Outside Edges

Ask your coach how to do them. They're pretty easy!

I only took my intermediate strikes final Friday and handed even nevertheless i did no longer anticipate too. a woman at my rink took her beginner strikes for the 2d time (first time with new device) and did no longer bypass. From what I observed and what I asked my coaches approximately, they mentioned that she only did no longer have the technique. Intermediate you are able to bypass with only ability, yet beginner has to have the technique and ability jointly. particular, you ought to truthfully be waiting to objective the DW and CT by ability of June. i'm on my bronze dances now, and that i found out the preliminary dances on the top of ultimate would and examined all 3, companion and solo song the two, by ability of the middle of June.

after you do preliminay moves, you have to do the prelimionary freeskate. then you can compete at that level. Then comes pre-juvinille moves, the pre-juvinille freesakte. the juvinille. the intermiate. novice. junior. senior. you must pass both the moves and the freeskate to compete at each level. yo do not have to take both tests at the same time. many skaters pass the moves years before the eqivilent freeskate test. good luck.
