tendititis question please?

Is Tendititis cureable? I have it on my left wrist and now I am not suppossed to push in carts at work.

Not that I know of. I have it in my thumb. I was a mail carrier & the repetious movement for 20 years damaged it. There is an operation for carpol tunnel, but so far nothing for this.

you have to rest to clear up tendonitis
