not sure about the smashing of testicles since women do this too and they do not have testicles. i do think they should be punished for what they are doing. if they dont want animals, they shouldn't get them or they should find a better home for the poor dog.

They should definitely be punished. People who keep their dogs chained outside all day and night don't really care about their animals. In fact, why do they have them? It is so cruel and mean. The dogs are lonely, cold, and forced to stay in one place.
People suck who do this to dogs!

yes they should they should not have got dogs if they knew they would have a crappy live on a chain they are the reason that dogs are uthinized for aggressive behavior

yes in fact after smashed they should have them ground (while still attached) and forced to let the dog eat them while he watching
