i was in a pool hall on the net and a bloke was doing this spam where you could type out pictures
where do you get that stuff from?

If you are referring to "ascii art" there are plenty of web sites with examples. I have not yet found one that generates it but I'm sure it exists.

Typing them is hard, so if you are using windows just go:
start> all programs > accessories > system tools > character map
There you can find a list of all kinds of typeable pictures. :D

Spam is such a huge problem now that I highly doubt anyone will add to it by tell you about them.
