help me find my familys history?

my grandmother came over from england in 1945 or 46 on the queen mary. where can i find a passenger manafest with her name on it

Ancestry .com What is her name ? If it is Mann it is on the Scottish Genealogy of Ancestry.com There is a list of this family name going back to 1775.
