Just let her sit with you at meals and offer her the same food, if she eats it she eats it, if she doesn't she doesn't.
Don't make a big deal out of it. If she says she is hungry offer her a choice of two things that you want her to eat.
And if there is something you really don't want her to eat don't have it in the house.

I used to work in a daycare with this exact age group. Your daughter sounds very healthy :) Actually she sounds like less of a picky eater than most! That is actually a good amount of food for someone her size. Think about how small she is. She is getting fruit veggies carbs meat and dairy. Wow! Way to go. If she is playing hard and looks healthy then you have nothing to worry about. If you are still concerned you could consider seeing a nutritionist but I think you are fine.

Research has been done on the how to get children to eat foods they don't want to and the results are that if you give them tiny portions of the food you want them to eat 10 times over 10 days then they will start to like it.pier pressure also plays a big part in what they eat as your child gets older ensure that they are around other kids that eat healthily.

Well You can try to make the other foods into interesting shapes..Like smily faces. Or it just could be that she doesn't like the taste of some of the foods.
I know that my son once he tasted something new he didn't like it..I would wait a few days and keep doing that until he started to get use to the taste. If he still continued not to like it then I would stop trying that and move unto something else.
Most times children are picky because they are just getting use to their taste buds. Something tastes one way to us while it tastes completely diffrent for them.
With my son on a few things he had to watch me eat a bite 1st then he would take a bite of it. Just be happy that she is at least eating something and try your best to introduce her into new foods and say things like "Look I am eating it too."
My son is a picky eater as well he is a meat and potatoes type of kid. I am just happy that he at least is eating something and his ped says that he is going great on the growth chart and that his weight is perfect for his height so I am not going to worry about it.
If you daughter is losing weight at a rapid rate, Or is starting to look sickly. Then you should discuss eat habits with her ped. If not then don't worry about it. Also she might be filling up on fluids.
If you are giving her alot to drink before it is time to eat then she will most likely just pick at her food. Her stomach is only the size of her fist so you have to keep that in mind when giving her something to drink. Try not to give her anything to drink about an hour before it is time to eat and let her have just enough drink to wash down the food with at dinner time.
As long as your daughter is healthy and isn't suffering from any sort of sickness then I wouldn't worry. Also don't try and force her to eat something she doesn't want to because not only will that cause her not to eat it more. It will also cause her to hate what ever it is and most likely won't ever eat it again. (I know because that is the way that I was and I can't stand to eat any sort of sea food or pork chops now.)
Anyway best of luck to you and just keep trying to introduce new foods to her. As long as she is eating something then that is all that matters.

Doesn't sound terribly bad. Mac and cheese and spaghetti aren't good choices to begin with (unless it's like whole-wheat spaghetti, which is expensive). But it sounds like she has a good enough variety not to worry so much.

I think she will grow out of it (my mom says when I was a toddler I ate almost NOTHING) but maybe if you make everything bite sized and easy for her to pick up and eat by herself she'll like it better.

Occasionally your child may have had a lot of snacks or a drink of milk before her meal, and she won't show her usual appetite. As long as the snacks are nutritious, this is nothing to worry about.

Sounds like she has enough variety. Parents only make things worse. Mine made me clean my plate and I became a fat adult when I was a skinny but healthy kid. Stop stressing and leave her alone, I am sure she'll be ok, give her a multi-vitamin if you want.

She probably is not getting enough exercise. If she is really hungry she probably will eat most anything.
