I like this girl a lot, and I can tell she likes me back. The problem is, she's shy, really shy. I've never had a girlfriend before, so I'm really not good with... you know, everything to do with women. I'm shy too, and I just can't think of what to say or what to do when I'm around her.
Any advice would be appreciated!!

Hang around with her more often. When you sense she's comfortable enough, invite her out to lunch just the two of you or with friends. Then you can to get to know her as friends before asking her out and try to do things together.

Shy girls wont go after you (i know because i am one of them).
You will have to start the talking. Think of what you want to tell her in advance, if you're not sure.
So talk to her (in a friendly way) when you see her. After you become friends everything will just take care of itself.

Just e-mail her or be really kind to her. Be around her as much as you can or whenever you get the chance. Once you get to know each other more you may not be as shy.
